Better pages for the searches that buy. Changed safely, on your own site.
Ship works on the pages you already have. It finds the ones that should be earning more from Google, rewrites the parts that are holding them back, publishes to your CMS, checks the change is live and measures what happened. You decide how much of that it does without asking.
Which pages
The pages worth the most go first. Not the ones easiest to rewrite.
Ship starts from Search Console: every page already showing up in Google, and every search it shows up for. Each page is ranked by the revenue it would add by moving up for the searches that lead to a sale.
- Any page that appears in Search Console, not only blog posts: landing, product, collection and category pages too
- Searches scored by intent and monthly volume, so buying searches with real demand count most
- Value per click from your analytics when it's connected, or the figures you set
- Brand searches left out: you already win those
Pages by revenue left on the table

| /corporate-cardstartup credit card | 9.2 | $29.00 | $31,900 |
| /no-personal-guaranteebusiness credit card without personal guarantee | 5.1 | $26.00 | $11,500 |
| /expense-managementexpense management software | 11.3 | $36.00 | $11,030 |
| /expense-policyexpense policy template | 3.4 | $9.00 | $7,120 |
What it changes
Only the parts holding a page back. Everything else stays as it was.
A page usually ranks for searches it doesn't answer well. Ship finds those searches and fixes the part of the page that should answer them, in the page's own voice.

Titles, meta descriptions and H1s
Rewritten to lead with the search that matters most, within the lengths Google shows.
Answer-ready sections and FAQs
A direct answer in the first sentences, checked eight ways before it can publish, with FAQ schema where it fits.
Internal links
Links from your related pages to the ones that need them, placed in sentences that already exist.
From suggestion to result
Five states, never blurred. A suggestion isn't a result.
Every change moves through the same steps, and the app always shows which step it's at. Figures are labelled measured, modelled or assumed, so a forecast is never presented as something that happened.
- 01Ship
Suggested
A specific fix for a specific search, with the value of the searches it targets.
New answer-ready section: “Do corporate cards require a personal guarantee?”
- 02You, or autopilot
Approved
Approve mode waits for your click. Autopilot approves only the change types you allow.
Approved in the inbox, 2 minutes after drafting
- 03Ship
Published
Written to your CMS, only the fields it is fixing, after re-checking nothing changed underneath.
Written to WordPress: post body, one section added
- 04Ship
Verified
The live page is re-read to confirm the change is really there. If it isn't, the change stays marked unverified.
Re-crawled and matched, 4 minutes later

Measured
Position, clicks and impressions for the targeted search against the 28 days before.
Results at 7, 14, 30, 60 and 90 days
Can you trust it?
Built to be left alone with your site.
The rules below are enforced by the product, whether you're watching or not.
Approve mode by default
Nothing is published until you click approve. Autopilot is a switch you turn on per site, for the change types you choose.
Checks before every write
Right before publishing, Ship re-reads the page. If you edited it since the draft, or turned autopilot off, it stops.
Undo, exactly
Every change is logged with what it replaced. Rollback restores it, and refuses if someone has changed the page since, so it never undoes your edits.
One change at a time
At most three changes a site a day, and a page isn't changed again for 14 days, so each change's effect can be seen.
Facts, not guesses
New answers may only use facts from your own pages or ones you've given it. When a fact is missing, you get a question, not an invention.
A person when it's stuck
A section that fails its checks twice goes to your inbox instead of being retried, and so does any publish that fails.
Where it works
What Ship can change on each platform.
Changes are written through each platform's own API, with the permissions you grant. Without a connected CMS, use approve mode and copy changes across yourself.

What it measures, and what it doesn't claim
Before and after, for the search it targeted. No invented attribution.
- Each change is compared with the 28 days before it, at 7, 14, 30, 60 and 90 days
- Position, clicks and impressions for the searches the change was aimed at, straight from Search Console
- A dollar value before a change is a forecast and is labelled as one. Afterwards you see what actually moved
- Rankings move for many reasons, including Google's own updates. We show what changed, not a claim that one edit caused it

Then Scale
A better page still has to outrank pages with more links.
Once Ship has improved a page for a buying search with real demand, it becomes a candidate for Scale: links to that same page, bought only when they pay for themselves.
| Search | Intent | Searches/mo | Gets |
|---|---|---|---|
| startup credit cardBuying12,100/mo | Buying | Ship + Scale | |
| best corporate cardsComparing4,400/mo | Comparing | Ship + Scale | |
| what is a virtual cardLearning18,100/mo | Learning | Ship only | |
| corporate card for dentistsBuying40/mo | Buying | Ship only |
Ship improves the content for every search. Scale buys links only for buying searches with at least 100 a month, so the most-searched term here gets none: people asking what a virtual card is are learning, not buying.
